I’ve recently been supported by Natalie to secure a great remortgage deal during these stressful and fast-changing times for mortgage owners, and I can honestly say I couldn’t have asked for someone better than her. Throughout the process, she has been super responsive, pleasant and easy to talk to, providing us with great advice that was in the best interests on my family’s finances.
I want to highlight her dedication to the clients: she was able to secure me a great mortgage deal on the day many of the lenders dropped their fixed mortgage deals (after the 2022 mini-budget announcement). Despite the huge chaos in the lender’s website and call centers, she woke up very early, stood her ground and secured a great deal on a 5 year fixed mortgage (the next day, the same fixed rate deal was almost 2% higher). I wouldn’t have been able to secure this without her.
