Mark and Sue are coming to the end of their fixed rate product but intend to sell their current residential property in the coming year so would ideally like a remortgage with a lender who can offer a tracker mortgage with no early repayment charges. We sourced a mortgage product and rate they were very happy with and remortgaged their property. We have also advised them of the maximum loan amount they would be able to afford for their new purchase later in the year when they sell this current property.
